Arido Taurajo - a World of Warcraft Opera
This project crosses many disciplinary borders, music, machine learning, game environments, and machinima.
I've heard people say that opera has very little happening in it, but the world of Azeroth where World of Warcraft is set has epic stories that take place and represent nostalgia for many players of the game. The colors in the environment are rich and beautiful and when combined with the voice of Maya Ackerman and the melodies of the AI Roboccini become overwhelming and beautiful. read more |

Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity: The MusicalEINSTEIN's hands open a booklet titled "physics". He turnes pages and reveals a list of credits on test pages, followed by a title page. "Problem 1 - Special Theory of Relativity" Camera shift up to reveal Einstein at the podium, he has opened the test, and is standing in front of a projection screen. Vague illustrations show what he is talking about as he speaks. We hear the sound of an old film projector.

Looks Very TidyFilmed entirely in Second Life, this relates to both the absurdity and the day to day life of curating and working with a New Media Center in a virtual environment.
